我们应不应该出国留学 Should We Go Abroad for Study or Not?
After the college entrance examination or college graduation, some students will choose to go abroad to for further study. For this behavior, some people support it and some against it. In fact, going abroad not only needs a lot of money but also requires the students have a good foundation of English. If the students have the condition to study abroad, I suggest they choose to go. After all, knowledge is no boundary and the more they learn the better they will be. But the students who are not having those conditions, I don’t think they should go abroad, because the stress for them is too large. No matter domain education or abroad education can educate them well. Besides, maybe they still need to consider their own character situation. In a word, whether a person should go abroad or not depends on their own situation.
高考后或者大学毕业后，有一部分学生会选择去留学。对于这一行为，有些人持肯定态度，有些则持否定态度。实际上，出国留学不仅仅需要大量的金钱，还需要学生具有良好的英语基础。如果学生符合这些条件，我建议他们出国留学。毕竟，知识是无国界的，而且学到的越多越好。但是，如果不符合这些条件的学生，我则不建议出国留学，因为这对他们来说压力太大了。不管是国内还是国外的教育都可以把他们教得很好，此外，他们也许还要考虑到自身性格这一点。总之，出不出国留学应该根据每个人自己的情况而定。

一、词汇选项（15分）
1、出题思路：只从考试用书中出2—3个小题，其余都是从书外出的，一条线只画一个词的占90％以上，偶尔有一条线画二个词或三个词的。
2、答题方法与技巧：会的可直接就选；不会的要马上查字典，要查“英英（同义词）”部分。一定要掌握好（精讲班所讲的）方法与技巧，确保15分全部拿到。
二、阅读判断（7分）
1. 出题思路：此部分不从书中出题，因此不要硬背书中内容。短文后有七个句子，需要判断是A正确、B错误，还是C没有提到。
2. 答题方法与技巧：先不要看短文，要先快速浏览（短文后的）七个小题，先画出“信息词更加明显的题。按”信息词“快速回到短文，找到对应位置再加以判断。
三、概括大意与完成句子（8分）
1. 出题思路：分为两部分，（1）概括大意：此部分不从书中出题，因此不要硬背书中内容。从短文后的方框中A—F六项里选出一项来概括所要求的段落。（2）完成句子：此部分也不从书中出题，因此也不要硬背书中的内容。从短文后的方框中A—F六项里选出一项来接准5—8小题的尾部来完成句子。
2. 答题方法与技巧：分为两部分，（1）概括大意：先看A—F六项后概括所要求的段落，重点盯住段落的第一句或第二句，或最后一句。（2）完成句子：有三种方法来作此题，（a）先看5-8题的.结尾部分，根据要求来选A—F的选项。（b）按照上（5-8题）与下（A—F选项）相通相顺来选，
（c）将5-8题回归到原文中理解后，再选A—F项。
四、阅读理解（三篇短文，每篇15分，共45分）
1. 出题思路：从指定用书中出一篇，此分数一定要拿到。从书外出两篇，难度低于书中短文。
2. 答题方法与技巧：（1）从指定用书中出的一篇，该分数一定要全部拿到。（2）从书外出的两篇，要采取“查读法”来作，即：先看短文后的五个问题，画出“信息词”，快速按“信息词”找到位置再按要求作题。
五、补全短文（10分）
1. 出题思路：此部分不从书中出题，因此不要硬背书中内容。短文中有五条线，也就是缺少五个句子。短文后有A—F六个选项，从中选出适合填补到短文中五条线上的选项。
2. 答题方法与技巧：技巧性非常高，一定要按照精讲班所讲的内容进行归纳总结，按先易后难来作题。
六、完形填空（15分）
1. 出题思路：从书中（15篇中）出一篇。
2. 答题方法与技巧：（1）有些英语基础的同志，可按方法与技巧进行，即先看空白处的“左”和“右”，根据要求再进行选项。（2）基础特别薄弱的同志只好将15篇的空白处与对应选项提早都背下来，以确保15分全部拿到。
只要大家理解好以上六项的出题思路、考试的要求、应试的方法的技巧，并做好充分的准备，就能够轻易地顺利通过考试。

一、写作步骤要把握好
一篇英语作文，掌握一定的写作技巧，应把握以下几个步骤：
1．认真审题立意，定文章之灵魂。
对命题作文必须认真审题，对自由作文必须立好意。文章要有明确的主题，必须具备4个条件：准确、鲜明、深刻、集中。我们以一篇命题作文The English teacher I Admire Most为例,文章的主题是关于记叙我最欣赏的一位英语老师，因而就不能泛泛谈论老师这一职业或自己的几位老师。
2．草拟提纲，打造文章之骨架。
审好题，立好意后，就要写提纲，打造文章的骨架。文章布局要做好3件事：安排好层次段落，铺设好过渡，处理好开头和结尾。如命题作文中有提示句，还要从提示句的关键词出发，围绕关键词开拓思路，发挥联想，记录下联想到的东西，可以是句子或单词、词组，可以是英语或汉语。以The English Teacher I Admire Most为例，提纲可以这样写:
1）Who is the English teacher I admire most
2) My reasons
3) What can I learn from the teacher
3．写出段落主题句，理清文章之脉络。
